The purchaser of any alcoholic beverages from this site is representing that he or she is acting in compliance with his or her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of alcoholic beverages. Title for any product sold on this site passes to the buyer upon completion of payment. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import alcoholic beverages into any state. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. 

 

Adult signature(21+years of age) is required on delivery. 

 

Packages cannot be shipped to FPO, APO, or PO Boxes. Any order placed to an FPO, APO, or PO Box will be cancelled. If an order is shipped to one of the aforementioned boxes and must be returned, the customer will be held liable for all return shipping costs. 

 

The state of Colorado does not allow for direct shipping to consumers. Local Delivery and In Store Pickup will be the only available options. 

 

Bottles and packaging may differ from website images. 

 

When ordering a seasonal or batched product, please call before placing your order to check availability as UPC codes are often reused on these items and current stock may not match what is represented. 

 

Taxation

 

All orders are subject to an 8.125% tax rate.

Twin Peaks Liquor makes no assumptions or representations about the legality of shipping alcohol. The moment that a transaction is completed, and cleared by the involved credit card company, product ownership is transferred to the consumer. If shipping is selected at checkout, you are asking us to employ the services of a common 
carrier in order to deliver your goods to your current location. Customers are permitted to make their own shipping arrangements. 

 

Damage during transit 

 

Shipped items are uninsurable through our common carriers and therefore purchased at the risk of the buyer. Any damaged or missing packages will not be reimbursed or replaced by the seller. 

 

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments 

 

In the event that a shipment is refused or undeliverable due to an incorrect delivery address, the product will be returned to inventory and a credit issued on the customer’s card, less shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee. You may pay another shipping fee to have us try and re-deliver.
